Not Sure You Can Trust Your Books? Let's Fix That.
A fresh set of eyes can uncover a lot. A whole team can do something about it.
Maybe the books got away from you while you were busy running your business. Or someone else has been handling them and something just doesn’t add up. Or maybe you need numbers you can trust now for tax time, lender readiness and financing, or a big decision ahead. However you got here, that’s why we’re here. Our experienced accounting team knows how to dig in, untangle the details, and get your financials clean, accurate, and caught up. We’ve cleaned up books for businesses across construction, manufacturing, professional services, nonprofits, and other growing industries—so we know where to look, what questions to ask, and how to make sure the cleanup is actually clean.

Why

Tax Time
Overstated income, duplicate transactions and missed expenses can mean paying taxes on money you didn't actually make.
Selling or Valuing Your Business
Messy books can muddy what your business is really worth — and create questions you don't want a buyer or valuator asking.
Financing and Lender Readiness
The bank won't take your word for it. Clean, accurate financials can mean the difference between moving forward and hitting a financing roadblock.
Making a Big Decision
Hiring, expanding or making a major purchase? Don't make a high-stakes decision based on numbers you can't trust.
Bringing on a Partner or Investor
Putting your numbers in front of someone else? Clean, accurate financials build confidence — and stand up to the questions that follow.
Due Dilligence, Audit or Compliance
When someone starts digging into your books, small problems don't stay hidden. Get ahead of the questions before they're being asked.
A Whole Team (& a lot of coffee) Behind You
Bookkeeping cleanup rarely comes down to one obvious mistake. That's where having a whole team with decades of combined experience across businesses and industries really matters. When something doesn't add up, we're not relying on one person to have every answer. We put our heads together, pull in the right expertise, and keep digging until your books make sense again.

Our Process

Discovery
We start with a conversation about what’s going on, what you know, and what you need the books ready for. Then we dig into the books ourselves. Our team knows what to look for, where problems tend to hide, and which details deserve a closer look.
Plan & Proposal
Once we know what we're working with, we'll put together a clear scope and proposal for your bookkeeping cleanup. You'll know what needs attention, what we're going to tackle, and what it will take to get things right.
Clean Up Crew Assemble
We get to work: untangling the books and getting you back to clean, accurate financials you can trust. Then, go do the thing you came here to do. Apply for that financing. Make the big decision. Hand clean books to your tax preparer. Or simply get back to running your business without wondering if the numbers are right.
Real Life Clean Up: Manufacturing Edition
In need of lender ready books.
A growing manufacturer was preparing to apply for financing. The books were current and had been maintained by a bookkeeper with 15 years of experience but the financials weren’t reflecting the strength of the business. Before going back to the lender, they needed to know why.
We knew where to look...
Our team took a deeper look and found the chart of accounts wasn’t structured for manufacturing. Inventory, materials, and production costs weren’t flowing correctly through Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), throwing off gross margin, profitability, the P&L, and balance sheet. The issue had been quietly carrying forward for years.
Now the numbers tell the truth!
We rebuilt the chart of accounts, corrected COGS and inventory classifications, reconciled the affected accounts, and delivered clean, lender-ready financials that finally told the full story. With numbers they could trust, the owners could confidently get back to the financing conversation and back to growing the business.
