Independent problem-solving skills are necessary. Flexibility in attitude and the ability to adjust workload/tasks based on client needs and requests is imperative.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires juggling multiple clients and managing many types of businesses. Must be able to multi-task and switch tasks smoothly and competently. Payroll experience is required.
Account manager and reviewer of bookkeeping and payroll clients
Oversee preparation of payroll and accounting services
Analysis of client’s payroll and knowledge of correcting errors
Reviewing client’s books and recommending updates/changes based on best practices
Knowledge of the entire payroll process starting with processing payrolls, to quarterly tax returns, and annual wrap up.

Worker’s Compensation Annual Reports
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Communicate with clients in a professional manner to clarify financial information received
Minimum 2-year payroll and bookkeeping experience, preferably within a public accounting environment.
Strong understanding of debits and credits.
Accounting Degree a plus
Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Ability to work on multiple Companies and gain an overall understanding of each Company's operations.
Ability to create detailed work flows and follow tasks accurately
Strong work-ethic and "team player" mentality
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Exceptional analytical and problem resolution skills
