We are looking for a new Team Member with mad organizational skills. We need someone who thrives on details and likes to seek out where processes can be improved and documented. Excellent written communication is imperative to be successful in communicating with staff and clients. Tech friendly personalities are appreciated and welcome! Independent problem-solving skills are necessary. Responsibilities:
Answers and transfers phone calls. Welcomes and directs visitors and clients. Maintains paper and electronic filing systems as assigned. Handles all paper management (Mail, Bank Deposits, Scanning, and Shredding) Manages shared office email and faxes. Handles confidential information with discretion. Strong ability to prioritize important projects, provide frequent updates and ensure completion. Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for other team members. Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings. Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings. Maintains office, supplies, and coordinates maintenance of office equipment/software. Assists with client and employee onboarding process. Preparation of in-house processes and procedures. Office inventory and purchasing. Errands as needed. Cleans office. Assists with office invoicing and communication with Clients Performs other related duties as assigned. Social Media and Website assistance.
